$6,000 per week from March 15th - April 15th
$6,500 per week from June 1st - August 30th
$7,000 per week from December 15th - January 5th

$6,000 per week Low Season Rate
$6500 per week from March 15th through April 15th
$7,000 per week from June 1st - August 31st
$7000 per week from December 15th - January 15th 2010
